Terms and Conditions
Dear Customer,
As part of our efforts to improve after-sales services and ensure full transparency with our valued customers, please note the following:
- Transporting and delivering goods to the customer’s location is not included in the sale terms, and the listed prices do not include transport fees, which are agreed upon between the customer and the company.
- After agreeing on transport and settling all due amounts, the delivery date to the site will be scheduled no earlier than 3 days from the payment date.
- The company does not provide workers to unload the goods at the site.
- We kindly ask our valued customers to assign the site supervisor to check the goods upon arrival for any breakage and to ensure they match the invoice exactly in terms of quantities and items. If there are any notes, please write them on the delivery note, sign it, and include the recipient’s name and phone number.
- If it is agreed that transporting the goods is the company’s responsibility and an emergency occurs, a new delivery appointment will be set and the customer will be informed.
- The customer is entitled to exchange the goods within one month and return any excess quantities within a maximum of two months from the delivery date.
- Returns do not include goods purchased under a sales order, nor items we have stopped importing and that are no longer available in the company’s warehouses.
- Used goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Important recommendations on how to handle the product are printed on the goods’ boxes. We ask our customers to read them to ensure quality.
- If the customer cancels the sales order for reasons of their own, they forfeit the right to refund the 50% advance payment, as compensation to the company.
- The customer will be notified by SMS when the goods purchased under a sales order arrive, and the customer must arrange to receive them within 15 days from the date of the message.
- An initial arrival date is set for goods purchased under a sales order; this date may later change due to force majeure, such as delays in manufacturing or sea freight, or for any other reason. The customer will be informed of the new arrival date by SMS.
- The customer cannot cancel the sales order for delayed goods unless the company exceeds the agreed date by more than two months.
- The measurements taken by the salesperson to determine the required quantity of ceramic tiles are approximate and are based on the plans provided by the customer. The customer must confirm the required quantities with the contractor or consulting office, and the company is not responsible for any excess or shortage in the purchased goods.
- The 3D design service is provided free of charge to customers who purchase all home requirements of ceramic tiles and bathroom sets from the company.
